In 2006, Dr. Duffy became board certified in Family Medicine, caring for patients across all stages of life — from pediatrics to women’s health and geriatrics. Her passion for women’s wellness led her to join Oconee OB-GYN Associates in 2007, where she practiced comprehensive Obstetrics and Gynecology, including delivering babies and guiding women through some of life’s most meaningful moments.
After caring for hundreds of women, Dr. Duffy began to recognize a deeper need. Many of her patients were searching for answers beyond conventional medicine — solutions that addressed not just symptoms, but the root cause. Driven by both compassion and curiosity, she expanded her expertise into advanced diagnostic testing and integrative therapies to better support hormone balance, thyroid health, adrenal function, weight management, and overall vitality.
In 2011, she founded Carolina Integrative Medicine with a vision: to redefine modern healthcare through personalized, elevated, whole-body wellness. With 20 years of clinical experience, Dr. Duffy has cultivated a practice rooted in thoughtful care, science-backed innovation, and genuine connection.
Today, she specializes in functional wellness, serving as a trusted expert in hormone optimization, nutrition, stress management, fitness, sustainable weight management, vitality, and longevity — helping patients not only look their best, butfeel confident, energized, and empowered at every stage of life.
